This Bailey Channel Stainless Beaded Rigid – Typically Ford 2.4m, is by far the best quality on the market! These are USA made ones. 

This profile is typically used in many early Ford production vehicles during the late 50’s and mid 60’s when curved glass started being used. This includes many Mercury’s, pickups etc.

It’s width is 13mm (1/2″) and the depth is 13mm (1/2″) to the bottom of the stainless steel bead. It is designed to take up to 6mm thick glass comfortably.

Many early Fords utilised this profile but had brackets riveted to the bottom of it, so in some applications you may be required to remove the brackets from your old pieces and rivet them onto the new pieces.
