This listing is for those with 3W coupes.  Either chopped/modified steel bodied Chev, Ford, Dodge or fibreglass bodies, like those supplied by Deuce Customs, C & W Components, Rod Bods etc

When it comes to supplying glass for your Coupe, Glass for Classics leaves no room for error. Our advanced CNC cutting and edging technology ensures that every piece of glass we provide, is an exact match to the template you provide.

All glass supplied by Glass 4 Classics meets the requirements of Australian Design Rule ADR 8/01 and complies with Australian Standard AS/NZS2080:2006.

What do we require to achieve all the above:
Patterns in MDF, Masonite or similar.
Note No paper or cardboard templates will be accepted..Ever.

Patterns must have been produced and tested with bailey channels, or rubber seals fitted. If using power window kits these must also have been installed and tested with the template. For glued in back windows, a template is to be placed in situ to check for correct tolerances around edge,

What costs are involved:
This is for flat glass only. Curved glass is NOT covered in this listing.

For each pattern / template that is supplied, there is a $45 digitizing fee. This covers the time spent converting the pattern / template into a digital format ready for CNC cutting and edging. Having the digital format on file, means we will always be able to produce a copy of your glass, should you ever need another piece cut in the future in the event of breakage or damage.

Note: All custom glass must be paid in full before work can begin on production.

Note about freight:
The glass can all be packed carefully and sent anywhere that is required. Due to all custom hot rod sets being different sizes, please contact G4C to obtain a freight cost.
