In this video, Nathan runs you through the best way of making a template, for those of you who either don't have original glass, or have cut/chopped windscreen frames that require custom glass to be produced.

This process is critical for those of you who do require glass (both standard or custom) to be made. Accuracy is important throughout this process. In this video we happen to be using a windscreen frame from a 1935-1936 Ford, however the process remains the same (or very similar) to those of you with other vehicles that run a windscreen frame.

Nathan takes you through the correct way to mount the stainless steel window trim to your HK HT HG Holden Coupe Monaro rear quarter windows. This utilises the same product used by Holden from the factory and only takes minutes to do properly.

The is the same process required to mount the vent rubbers into EJ EH, HD HR, HK HT HG Holden's, 55-57 Chevrolet and many early Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Pontiac production vehicles from the late 40s to the mid 60's.

Nathan takes you through the correct and most accurate/efficient way, to install glass in a 1937-1939 Ford (Beer Barrel) Pickup or 40-41 Ford Closed car windscreen frame.

Nathan takes you through the correct and safest way to disassemble your 2Dr and 4Dr hardtop (4Dr hardtop used in video) front door window frames so that you don’t damage the frames or the stainless trim pieces.

Nathan shows how to mount door window runners on the HQ HJ HX HZ WB Holden Sedan, Ute Panel Van, and Station Wagon. At this stage this is the best mounting option as the original U-shaped rubber that held the glass is not available. There are variations on the market being sold for this purpose but in our experience they're all slightly off in their size.

He shows the HQ runners specifically in this video as they're a little trickier, however the same process applied for the HJ - WB runners.

This particular set of frames happen to be from a 1956-1957 Chevrolet and Pontiac 4Dr pillarless, however the process will be similar for those of you with frames on any of your door windows.
